About the Opportunity  

After nine years of hard work and high growth we now have excellent market share across Australia and are expanding internationally. With this in mind, we are seeking Business Development Managers for our offices in New Malden (100m from the train station, just two stops from Wimbledon). 

Candidates do not need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment. This is primarily a sales, business development and account management role. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people with excellent professional communication skills. Successful candidates must have the ability to develop a rapport by telephone and face-to-face contact with business owners, managers and recruitment officers.

There are three absolutely crucial pre-requisites for becoming a Sales and Account Executive with EO:

• The confidence, ability and willingness to instigate telephone contact with businesses.
• Basic computer and internet literacy.
• Professional presentation and professional written and verbal communication skills. 

The company offers a very attractive remuneration package with unlimited earning potential. We expect fully trained BDM's to be earning at least £40,000!
