Specialist Project Leader - Community Support Services, South East London
Three Cs has a unique opportunity for a Specialist Project Leader to manage vital Community Support Services across several South London boroughs.
Leading a dedicated team, you will empower people with learning disabilities and mental health support needs to gain independence and contribute to their community as equal citizens.
Specifically, your core duties will include managing person-centred services that uphold the human rights and reflect the wishes of those supported. You will also act as a specialist advisor mentor a passionate team.
The ideal candidate will have an impressive knowledge base of:
- Available community support services;
- The social model of disability;
- Relevant government policies; and
- Person centred planning within individual budgets.

Your work will be rewarded with a basic salary of £29,772 per annum, plus £128 per on-call week. Benefits include 25 days annual leave (rising to 28 after 2 years service), a generous Group Pension Scheme and Childcare Vouchers.
