Deputy Manager and Young Fathers' Worker, London
St Michael's Fellowship has an opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager and a Young Father's Support Worker to join their dedicated teams in London.
An opportunity exists for a Deputy Manager to lead, guide and mentor the Outreach Teams for Sure Start. Key duties will include overseeing service delivery, carrying a caseload of at least six families and supporting early bonding between young mothers and fathers and their babies.
Young Fathers' Support WorkerSt Michael's also delivers a range of support services for fathers-to-be through the Working with Young Fathers initiative. Services range from baby massage and gym and swim sessions to workshops that encourage fathers to play with their 2-5 year olds through football.
St Michael's Fellowship is now seeking a Young Fathers Support Worker to play an integral role in the success of this vital initiative.

The Deputy Manager will receive £31,935-£36,099 and the Young Fathers' Support Worker will receive £24,818 - £31,148 (commensurate with experience).
