About the Opportunity 

Back-Roads Touring (recently acquired by Flight Centre Ltd) has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the team and assume responsibility for all financial activity within this growing organisation.

The primary purpose of the position is to provide business and financial support to all areas of Back-Roads.

This high-level position will have joint reporting responsibility to both the Managing Director of Back-Roads and Flight Centre UK's Senior Group Financial Controller.

If you are excited by the idea of building a finance support function from the bottom up, and are seeking a hands-on role that you can really make your own, this is the opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will receive an attractive, negotiable remuneration package up to £40,000 comprising base salary and performance-based incentives.
